Our affiliate program is designed to reward individuals who promote our skill-based courses ethically and professionally. It is a performance-based referral system and not a job or fixed- income opportunity.
Our platform is built to empower individuals through real skills and consistent practice. This is not a get-rich-quick scheme. Earnings and outcomes depend on individual effort, dedication, learning pace, and skill development. We do not guarantee any fixed income or instant success.
Affiliates will earn commissions on successful referrals who enroll and pay for our training programs using their unique referral link or code. Commission structures will be shared separately and are subject to change with prior notice. Payments will be processed weekly & monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold and successful verification.
Affiliates must not make false claims or misleading promises about income, job guarantees, or course outcomes. This program is not a get-rich-quick scheme, and affiliates must avoid portraying it as such in any promotions.
As a participant in our training program:
You are expected to attend every session regularly and without fail.
You must complete all given assignments and tasks within the specified timelines.
Irregular attendance or lack of participation may result in discontinuation of access to training or
affiliate privileges.
Design, digital marketing, and other creative skills improve only with continuous practice. While we provide complete guidance and learning materials, you must put in regular effort and practice to master the skills and achieve quality results.
Our company and trainers are committed to guiding you throughout the training process. However:
Skill improvement and earning potential are solely your responsibility.
The company will not be held liable for lack of progress due to non-compliance, irregular
participation, or lack of practice.
All participants must maintain a respectful learning environment. Any misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of the platform may result in permanent removal from the program without refund or notice.
Affiliates are encouraged to promote the program via social media, WhatsApp, email, and personal networks in a professional and respectful manner. Spamming, bulk unsolicited messages, or posting on irrelevant platforms is strictly prohibited. All promotional materials and messaging must be aligned with the brand guidelines provided.
All training materials, resources, and content provided are the intellectual property of the company. These materials are strictly for personal use and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without written consent.
Participation in the affiliate program is voluntary and subject to separate terms and conditions. You must complete the initial training phase before becoming eligible for affiliate incentives. Misleading promotions, false claims, or spamming will result in termination of your affiliate status.
Affiliates must clearly disclose that they are promoting a paid course and may receive a commission. Affiliates must not misrepresent themselves as company employees, trainers, or official representatives.
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate status without notice in the following cases:
• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Misuse of referral links or unethical marketing practices.
• Repeated complaints or negative feedback from referred customers.
Self-referrals (referring yourself), fake enrollments, or attempts to manipulate the system will result in permanent disqualification and forfeiture of commissions.
Affiliates are responsible for reporting their income and paying any applicable taxes as per local laws. The company will not be liable for any tax liabilities or legal obligations arising from affiliate earnings.
The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Open to individuals aged 18 years and above. Affiliates must provide valid KYC, contact details and active bank account information.
Unique Account Allocation: Each individual is permitted to register and operate only one user account within our educational platform.
PAN Card Requirement: Registration requires a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by the Income Tax Department of India.
Every successful Canva course sale equals 1 BV.
Commissions and rewards are based on total BV as per the incentive plan.
Daily Cut-Off: Weekly payout is calculated based on business till Wednesday at 11:59 PM. Any business after 12:00 AM will be counted in the following week.
Daily Capping: A maximum of 25 BV per day is applicable.
Weekly affiliate payouts are processed and transferred to affiliate bank accounts every Friday before end of day (EOD).
Fast-Tracking Bonus: This bonus will be calculated and released on the 1st of every month.
Every user who earns 20X rewards through the referral program must upgrade or renew their account upon reaching 20X returns on their initial investment. Learning and upgradation of courses is mandatory to continue earning.
TDS: A 5% Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be applied as per Indian government regulations.
Admin Charges: A 10% administrative fee is applicable on every payout to cover operational costs.
Rewards may attract gift tax as per applicable government laws.
All awards, rewards, and certifications will be announced in monthly physical meetings based on individual performance.
To receive official certification, participants must attend all training sessions, complete exercises and assignments, and pass the final assessment/exam with the required score.
Only official creatives, communications, and referral links must be used for promotions.
Spamming, misrepresentation, or any unethical marketing practices will result in immediate disqualification from the program.
If a student requests a refund after enrolling, the respective BV and commissions will be reversed accordingly.
Any disputes regarding payouts must be raised within 7 working days from the issuance of payout statements.
Accounts found violating any rules or remaining inactive for an extended period may be suspended or permanently terminated.
